Upon hearing the news of the school-shooting massacre, Nelson said, "It sent a chill through my body."
Jameer and his wife, Imani, his high-school sweetheart, have four children, ages 11, 7, 4 and five months.
"Innocent kids that have nothing to do with that, that never cause any harm in life," Nelson said, lost in thought, as many of us were and still are in trying to comprehend the incomprehensible.
