Starved dog rescued from Chester home



MEDIA – A malnourished dog was rescued from a flea-infested Chester basement last week and is receiving around-the-clock critical care at the Delco SPCA, according to spokesperson Justina Calgiano.

  1. this is very very sad! anyone who doesn't want a pet should just take it to the spca - there is no need for this type of cruelty & abuse.

  2. Can do the same to owner? Eye for Eye. Let he or she know how it feels. Their probably some overweight welfare or section 8 recepient. They're the ones with all the dogs that never see a vet

  3. People should see kids sleeping in beds with no sheets and bugs running around that would realy get people heads moving it the truth....................
