Chester voted for ‘Change’ in the last election. Changing State Senators doesn’t seem likely, but it appears folks are looking for a change in State Rep.
We’ll see what happens at the primaries.
Pat Worrel? I see this name on every ballot. They run for any and everything. What's up with that.
ReplyDeleteI'm not surprised by that poll. State Rep seems closer to home for some reason, so its easy for us to emotional connect to that race. It should be good. Pileggi, now thats a different story, b/c you get angry with him but he is a mover and shaker. He may be a double-edge sword but then again which politician isn't. Also, Pileggi has enough power in Harrisburg that we can leverage him into making things happen. It seems as though Kirkland has no pull in Harrisburg. Kirkland may have been a good mayor but I think his ship has sailed.
ReplyDeleteWell then Pileggi would get my vote. Better him than someone with an identity crisis like his opponent.
DeleteStefan will there be a town hall or debate setting for these two positions? I saw the Linder and Butler one on tv. I would like to see Kirkland and Pileggi.
ReplyDeleteA Pileggi vs Worrell debate isn't likely.
DeleteA Kirkland vs Johnson debate would be interesting.
I haven't heard of anyone organizing a debate.
Why would Kirkland and Pileggi debate each other? Anonymous April 1st 7:33. They are running for different positions. WAKE UP that's why we have an all dem city government when the state and county are all rep. We have a lot of ignorant people in our city.
ReplyDeleteNo need to call anybody ignorant. Stefan understood what they meant and answered them.
