SURVEY RESULTS: Will you shop at the Whole Foods in Glen Mills

Oops. I accidentally deleted the poll one day before it was to end.
The votes were rather close with most people saying they would 'occasionally' shop there.
Just as many people said they 'would' shop there as said they would 'never' shop there.
I’m curious to hear from the Nevers. Why wouldn’t you shop there?

  1. Stefan - I often hear Whole Foods referred to as Whole Paycheck. I don't agree with that assessment though. I think you can shop anywhere and get good deals without spending a fortune. WF offers a lot of great prices on fresh/frozen vegetables fruit, bulk grains, spices, dairy products etc. You don't need to buy $4 cupcakes every time you go there! :)

  2. I've went to the new Whole Foods on 3/17. It's great to have variety and access to healthier food options. The store is there for those who want to shop there. For those that don't, they can continue to shop at their usual location

    1. Excellent.

It comes down to convenience and preference.

To some, driving to Glen Mills is an issue. Hopefully those same people have issues with driving to the Concord Mall.

To others, they don't have a desire to buy the best grocery store food available. You can't compare a Giant or Pathmark to a Whole Foods.

But, if high quality healthy food isn't in your budget or diet, Whole Foods is not a good store for you.

  3. I just saw a report last week where it was discovered that a lot of food from Whole Foods comes from China where they do not have to pass any kind of inspection from the FDA also may not be organic.
