Anyone paying attention to Nasir Robinson?

Sometimes we tend to forget about our Chester High School basketball players that play in college.
Nasir Robinson, a senior, is a starting forward for the University of Pittsburgh Panthers who have a 9-1 record and ranked #14 & #15 in the ESPN/USA and AP polls.

In his last 3 games he has made 23 of 32 shots and pulled down 32 rebounds.
Pitt plays in the super competitive and very physical Big East conference and Nasir is perfectly suited to thrive in that environment.
As a NBA prospect, you have to wonder about his knees, his weak outside shooting, and his height. But compared to former Panther DeJuan Blair who is making a huge impact with the San Antonio Spurs, he’s about the same size and has much worse knees.
You have to figure that Nasir has a great chance at becoming Chester’s next NBAer.
Let’s support Nasir. It should be an interesting next few months for the young man.

  7. Okay, thank you for your comment.

I still don't see how you can comment on Tyreke Evans from a Nasir Robinson post. The focus is Chester High School basketball players and Evans was not one of them.
