Widener University Student Athletes to Clean Up Sun Hill October 23

WHAT:                 Widener University Student Athletes Sun Hill Clean Up Day

WHO:                   Widener University student athletes involved in spring sports will participate in the clean up sponsored by the Athletic Department.

WHERE:               Students meet in Spang parking lot, 14^th and Melrose Streets in Chester. Clean up will include the following streets in Sun Hill:

•   14^th Street
•   15^th Street
•  16^th Street
•   18^th Street
•   19^th Street
•   Glenn Terrace
•   Melrose Avenue
•   Ridley Avenue
•   Siegel Street
•   Washington Avenue
•   Willison Avenue

                                                              

WHEN:                 Sunday, October 23

                                2-5 p.m.

  

WHY:                    Widener University has about 160 students who live in the Sun Hill section of Chester, and part of the university’s mission is to contribute to the vitality and well-being of the communities we serve and inspire our students to be citizens of character who demonstrate professional and civic leadership.
