SISTER - A new Chester organization to support young women


Shakuwra Randolph has formed SISTERS.

Their mission is to encourage positive and critical thinking skills, build character, promote self-respect, teach life  and leadership skills promote city-wide unity among females, promote youth empowerment through community service and community based programs.
Some of their programs included:


Daddy’s Girls
A platform for girls who share a mutual emotion as a result of losing a father to violence. Their goal is to stop senseless violence amongst males in our communities. 
Program Adviser: Ahtiya Johnson
Mommie
Serves as a platform for young mother's, who are making a positive difference. These women are children centered.  Their children are first in all aspects of their lives, teaching their children moral and values with the empathy with a mothers love. Their goal is to help other young mother’s, to be free of government assistance and promote home ownership.
Beauty and Brains
A group of Independent woman “On The Move”.  Our Leaders, Role Models, College Students, College Graduates, Graduate Students. These women are also known as the future movers and shakers of the next generation. These ladies will be paired with young ladies to serve as a mentor.
Look out for our upcoming community service events VERY soon, for all events we wear Pink.
