The National Congress of Black Women Delco Chapter wants you to know that they are also a sponsoring organization of the Chester Mayorial Debate along with the League of Women Voters, Inner City Alliance, NAACP Chester Branch, Delta Sigma Theta Soroity Chester Alumnae Branch, College Republicans of Widener, Young Democrats of Widener, and the NAACP Widener Branch.
