On November 5th we will host our monthly Kings Mentoring Kings Breakfast.
This program has been a huge success the past 4 years during the school year. We started this program because we believe the fathers in our community need to and are willing to be present in the lives of our young men. We ask each father/male role model to bring a young man with him no matter what the age. We provide food and information to all in attendance.
We want to have fun! We want to learn! We want to educate our youth! This program is not a Department of Recreation Program; this program is simply hosted by the Department of Recreation. With that being said, all ideas are welcomed, all organizations are welcomed, and all willing male role models are welcomed. This is an important time in our community. This is your opportunity to be a part of the solution, not the person on the sideline. If you have ever had an idea you believe may help our Chester community youth, come and bring someone who can benefit from your contribution.
