Chester company supports the long haul

There is so much I love about Chester, but I hate being a dump site.

Are they really hauling waste water from 3 hours up the road to us?

Also, "desperate" to get rid of wastewater, Carluccio says, drilling companies have brought wastewater to municipal sewage plants in such places as Philadelphia, Wilmington, Del., and Chester, Pa., distant from drilling sites, where people are neither aware of nor equipped to manage drilling waste components.
