SURVEY RESULTS: Minimum number of days per week that would be ok for you to receive mail

4 Days a week: 54%

6 Days a week: 40%

2 Days a week:   8%

The U.S. Post Office seems to be in financial peril and they’re threatening to close their doors. Chances are that won’t happen, but obviously something has to give.

Most of you can tolerate a 4 day mail delivery schedule -- let’s call it Monday through Thursday.

Surprising to me, a lot of you still want your mail 6 days a week.  

Personally, the mail carrier can show up on Monday and Thursday for me. I can certainly live with 2 days a week. 

I’m curious what the final outcome will be for the beleaguered Post Office.
