Chester isn’t really paying $3000 for a tree study, are they?

The Chester Spirit says...
A Plymouth Meeting company was awarded a contract not to exceed $3000 for consulting services to assist with the selection of trees to be planted throughout the city.
Any professional landscaper will give you this information for free. Even the Internet is full of ‘hits’ on ‘planting city trees’.

A group of Chester High students should be able to do this study as a homework assignment.

We can save that $3000 to buy some trees.

p.s. I may have to stop reading the Chester Spirit if this keeps up.
