Beware of the pre-dawn Biker Burglar

A well built, 6’ 2”, dark skinned black male has been breaking into homes between Tilghman and Engle in the early morning hours (4 to 6 am).

He takes small items and cash that may be lying around the first floor rooms he breaks into. 

Then, he rides off on his bicycle with a missing seat.
