UPDATE: Is Chester NAACP joining the statewide rally on school funding?

We first asked this question HERE. Now, the NAACP in little ole Media is committed to joining the rally. Where is the Chester NAACP priorities -- is it the Chester school budget, or is it their annual banquet? Where should their priorities be? Does anyone care?
