Just a question___After driving past the Highland Avenue area between 3rd & 4th streets this weekend, I noticed that not only are the sidewalks being cut out for handicap access, but most if not all of the block is being re-done. WHY??? How about the areas in the first ward between 21st and 25th street on Providence road? Heaven forbid if more than 1 extra sqaure inch went past the coutout access upgrade. One other question as a follow-up: Which area of the city contributes more to the tax rolls? Just asking...
