16-year-old Chester boy charged with murder in fatal shootings at teen party

CHESTER — A 16-year-old city boy police say opened fire at a crowded birthday party last week, killing two teens, has been charged with murder.

District Attorney G. Michael Green was joined by a host of city officials in announcing the charges at a 2 p.m. press conference.
