VIDEO: Lancaster school segregates classroom. Is it right?

As quoted in this piece, Chester is an example of a segregated school district, not by law, but by population.
Check out what's going in Lancaster. When whites test better than blacks, is this how to correct it?

  1. Of Course you don't need a video to tell you that Chester is a segregated school district. We've already known that. No, Lancaster should not segregate the Black students who are performing low on standardized test because some Whites are also performing low on standardized test. 60% of Whites are scoring higher which leads me to believe that some are still scoring low on the test. Why can't the Black and Whites work together to improve their test results?

Mentoring programs are good for everyone. But Lancaster isn't teaching reading and math in their 20 minutes segregated Black homeroom to improve test scores for Blacks. They instead are letting students know they can go to college too.

Motivation is great but segregation is not the answer to their problem.
