SURVEY RESULTS: Will Chester have more murders in 2011 than 2010?

More than 24 murders - 31%
Less than 24 murders  - 68%
In 2010 there was a murder every two weeks on average. Most of you voted as if it can’t get worse. What makes you think that way?
