Personally, I spread my Christmas shopping money between the top three. The only thing I seem to spend money on in Philadelphia is entertainment and dining. And Chester, well, the Chester Spirit story on shopping in Chester sort of sums it up. Unless you are looking for bargains on casual wear, there’s not much more to choose from around here.
