Yesterday, the City held the 11th Annual Senior Holiday Party hosted by the Mayor’s Senior Advisory Council in the Community Room at City Hall.
The Senior Advisory Council was founded in 1999, with the purpose of providing support for senior citizens in Chester.
More than 300 senior citizens came out for this festive occasion that included a banquet lunch, performances by signer Terrance Stamps, comedian Regina Scott, and inspirational dance group Kollective Talent.
