Chester Police Bike Patrol great substitute for Foot Patrol

A couple surveys ago, readers overwhelmingly suggested that Police on Foot Patrol would be the police activity that would have the biggest impact. I forgot about the bike patrol and according to the Daily Times, the bikers were responsible for taking a couple guns off the streets recently.
