Adult Enrichment Programs at Crozer Library

Chester, PA — August 2 — J. Lewis Crozer Library offers a slate of free educational and entertaining programs for adults to enjoy. All programs are free; registration at (610) 494-3454.
Loans can be a very confusing financial issue. On Saturday, August 14th from 11:00a.m. to 12:00 noon, our Loan Smarts workshop will show you the ins and outs of loans to fully protect yourself from predatory lending. Generously provided by the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Delaware Valley.
You’ve heard the horror stories – now learn how you can avoid identity theft. On Tuesday, August 17th from 6:00-7:00p.m., join us for an Identity Theft workshop to learn about scams and financial predators. Discover what the impact of these issues is, preventative measures, and recovery steps. Find out steps to take to prevent being victimized. Generously provided by the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Delaware Valley.
Back by popular demand, the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society's City Gardening Series returns with a Small Space Vegetable Gardening workshop on Tuesday, August 24th from 6:00-7:00p.m. Limited space is not necessarily an issue in vegetable gardening; find out which vegetables will thrive in your small space and start providing fresh food for your family!
