The state of emergency ends in the City of Chester on Friday. A press conference that will take place on Friday, July 23, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church. Mayor Wendell Butler, District Attorney Mike Green, Sheriff Joe McGinn and Colonel Frank Pawlowski of the Pennsylvania State Police will attend. DA Green and the Mayor would like to tell the community how they intend to move forward in keeping the citizens of Chester safe. New initiatives will be announced.
