How Harrah's table games cuts college tuition in half

City Councilman John Linder provides information concerning the new legislation that will earmark money from Harrah's Chester Casino table games to the Chester Upland School District to become a sponsoring school district with Delaware County Community College and allow people who live in the district to attend DCCC for half price.

  2. Finally, the tuition at DCCC is atleast on par with the other residences of the county. Far too many of us choose our education at other schools outside the county during the 90s.
