Please teach these potential owners business ethics. I have had 3 people from Chester come out to my home to do repairs and they do shoddy work. They will take your money but will not follow up on work if the repair job is wrong. One person told me, "you pay for what you get". You want to give them a chance but they don't do the right thing. I would find it hard to hire anyone else from Chester.
