If I have firearms in the house and go on a week vacation - if my guns are stolen and I fail to report it within 72 hour. This law abiding citizen pays a fine and goes to jail! Because I was NOT HOME to reort a crime you law makers are morons. Come up with handling criminals better and leave law abiding citizens alone.
