This is insane...what will it take for "selfishness" of gun shooting in the residential neighborhoods of Chester so frequently? Camera's on every corner? th national guard to come in?...Sad and Shameful!
Where is the mayor and our elected officials .....better yet where are our citizens of Chester...we should be outraged our young people are killing each other and everyone that gets in their way. A government or jobs problem can't cure this we just dont value each others lives..........When will the leadership take a stand?
