On Tuesday some of our youth from the city of Chester were able to see greatness in the game of golf first hand at Aronimink golf course in Newtown Square as the best golfers in the world prepared for tomorrow's AT&T National FedExCup tournament.
Tiger Woods did not sign any autographs because of the large crowds but Serrie Harris came back to us stating that she got to touch his arm. (At 6'2", Tiger is much taller than many people expect).
Our youth were also able to make care packages and write a note to our military troops.
On behalf of City of Chester Department of Recreation and the youth in attendance we would like to say ‘Thanks’ to First Tee and Mr. Greg Russell for making it possible.
