I have a start up company here in Chester and was one of the small businesses that participated in the job fair. I received 88 applicants; I ran out of application copies twice and still did not have enough. I was honestly astonished and at the number of people that turned out. I was also happy to see the number of people that turned out because it tells the real story about Chester. People here just want to work and take care of their families. My goal is to create as many jobs as I can to help these families. If I could have, I would have hired everyone that came that day.
