Why Black Boys Don't Play Baseball

Here's my 5 Reasons Why Black Boys Don't Play Baseball

1. IT'S HARD: Baseball demands ambidextrous-ness forcing you to catch a ball with your weak hand. And, you have to determine if a pitch will curve right, left or come straight at you, and at what speed, in addition to worrying if it's in the strike zone...all within 2 seconds. Ridiculous.

2. IT'S EXPENSIVE: Gloves and spikes cost at least $50 apiece and if you get cut or quit they can't be used for basketball.

3. NO COACHES: We now have a generation of 30-something dads that never played baseball. The only 'delayed steal' they've seen is on Cops.

4. THE FIELD GETS TOO BIG TOO FAST: Where else can you hit a 205 foot home run in little league and 9 months later learn that same hit barely gets out the infield now that you're playing on a regulation sized field? Discouraging.

5. BLACK STARS DON'T SHINE: Michael Jordan sucked at baseball and nobody rushes out to buy 'Air Howards'. Sorry Ryan, but only baseball fans recognize your star power.
