Liquid Cocaine sold in Chester Delis

Information shared at a recent meeting reveled...

"There is a new beverage being sold to youth: Four Loko.

It's got 12% alcohol as well as caffeine with many 'youth-friendly' flavors. Some call it 'liquid cocaine'.

Kids are blacking out on this as well as having the usual impulse control difficulties while under the influence. We know it's being sold in Chester (see some locations below) but will spread soon.

Please alert folks to be careful and educate kids.

Four has added a 23.5oz (695ml) beverage called Four Loko to their product line. It contains 12.0% alcohol by volume. Currently there are seven flavors available, the three original flavors (fruit punch, orange blend and grape), watermelon, blue raspberry, lemonade, and cranberry lemonade. Four LOKO is currently only for the U.S. market. A 23.5oz can of Four Loko is estimated to contain 660 calories. Other products available are Four Maxed, which come in the flavors of citrus and grape."
