Chester Golfer Wins National Championship

Earl Cooper is on the Morehouse College golf team that is recognized as "the best group of golfers to play at Morehouse since the college reinstated the sport in 2003."

"The Maroon Tigers are the two-time defending SIAC champions and have finished no lower than third in any tournament this season," says head coach Bill Lewis.

The team is so impressive, during the SIAC championship tourny, the five top spots went to the five Morehouse golfers.
